- Completed application (one for each adult occupant)
- Application fee of $95, check or money order, payable to Rockrose, LLC. (Note, fee is due only on the first application)
- Proof of income (paystub or W-2)
- Copy of Driver’s License (for each applicant)
Summary of Rental Terms:
Term - 12 month lease minimum
Rent - $1,124 per month (subject to change – ask agent for current rental rates)
